Scena is a collection of underscores for film or video originally meant to be used as a base over which performers with physical instruments would play. Listening to them in isolation, I felt that they held up on their own as integral works.

Akadak was commissioned in 2004 by Ensemble Sospeso as a live score to the film Un Chien Andalou by Salvador Dali and Luis Bunuel. Unfortunately, the concert performance was never recorded and so I have simulated the "live" part of the score with samplers, synthesizers, and my own guitar.

Scenaria 1-4 are sound modules to be used in accompanying Screenplay, a video by Christian Marclay that also serves as a score for improvisers. These sound modules were created using analog synthesizer and processing and could be brought in to accompany the live improvisations, essentially a score within a score.
